This non-invasive method allows us to analyze your equipment while it’s online, helping you detect potential failure modes early, without disrupting operations. We can also run tests for your equipment while it’s offline, either at your site or in our shop.

Using a portable motor analyzer, our technicians assess six key parameters of motor health:​

  • Power quality

  • Power circuit

  • Insulation resistance

  • Inductance balance

  • Rotor condition

  • Stator health
